Hi. I'm Danielle.
I founded Perch in 2023 after over a decade of leading charter schools and non-profit management organizations. During that time, I often struggled to find the right talent to execute both high-level daily operations and mission-critical growth and infrastructure projects. I was constantly torn between taking on these tasks myself after hours or waiting for new teammates to get up to speed—all while wanting to focus my energy on supporting kids, teachers, and families to achieve excellent outcomes. Perch was created to solve this challenge, providing schools and non-profits with expert support to ensure leaders can prioritize what matters most.
